About
About "Pokemon Resolute"
Pokemon Resolute is a content-rich Game Boy Advance ROM hack created by Wind1158 and built on the Pokémon Emerald base. Players step into the shoes of Logan or Alma, beginning their journey in Cedar City to help Professor Avery document Pokémon species across several large landmasses while accompanied by their rival Elijah.
The story centers on the unsettling return of Team Mirage. Although the group was previously broken up after earlier trouble in the Tyron region, it resurfaces while claiming to offer peaceful assistance to humans, leaving players to uncover its real motives as they travel through the Sylon, Tyron, and Johto regions.
The game features a greatly expanded Pokédex with selected additions from Generations 4 through 7, including Alolan forms such as Vulpix and Ninetales. Its battles use active Mega Evolution mechanics, custom visuals, and access to the Battle Department, where players can sharpen strategies against international trainers.
Highly regarded in the ROM hacking community for its enormous scope and multi-region structure, it includes dozens of custom Gym battles, modified tilemaps, and extensive post-game content. The result is a lengthy, classic-style Pokémon adventure with plenty of progression and replay value.
