About "Robopon 2: Ring Version"
Robopon 2: Ring Version follows Cody as he travels through the land of Porombo. The goal is to build a team of robots and challenge rival trainers in competitive tournaments.
This installment adds more than 150 distinct Robopons. With modular parts, players can customize them in depth, changing robot stats and elemental affinities to improve performance in turn-based battles.
Robopon 2: Ring Version uses grid-based movement and careful energy management. Players explore from an overhead perspective, which supports talking with NPCs and searching the environment.
The cartridge also included a built-in infrared sensor, allowing wireless data exchange and multiplayer battles between consoles without needing the usual GBA link cable.
